Who We Help
Baby2Baby distributes your donated new and gently used items through a network of community-based organizations that serve the City of Los Angeles. These organizations help families living in poverty who are trying to overcome issues of homelessness, domestic violence, drug abuse, teen pregnancy and family preservation. By supplying these agencies and the people they help with the most basic needs we hope to alleviate some of their burden so they can focus on achieving their goals.

HOW IT WORKS
Once a month, our 12 partner organizations send in donation request forms for clothing and gear that their clients need. Baby2Baby pulls together the requested items from our inventory. To help fulfill our partners’ needs, we do purchase essentials that are in great demand such as strollers, cribs and car seats. On the third Wednesday of the month, the organizations come to Baby2Baby to pick up their items.
It is important to us that donations do not remain on our shelves, but find their way to the Los Angeles families that need them. For this reason, Baby2Baby hosts “open houses”. Additional organizations are invited to our space to collect excess inventory items for their clients. These items generally include clothing, toys and books.
If you are a community-based organization looking for gently used baby gear and clothing for your clients, please email us and we would be happy to see how Baby2Baby may be of assistance.
